Junit reports issues with describe containing "/"

Description

When a describe contains a "/" it seems the reporter escape them, producing invalid XML output. This breaks the gitlab-ci parser.

It seems that the problem is that the name is encoded over and over again in the loop.

With ‘be’ the suite runs ok without xml error, but the name is escaped so shows ugly in gitlab. See screenshot.
