Provide a way to mute debug buffer on marshalled results
Description
The debug buffer can really bloat the results that come back, especially in JSON. There should be a quick flag in TestBox that we also pass through the runners that lets a user just mute all the debug stuff so it's not being output. That way they can see it locally, but just turn it off on the CI server where it's not needed.

I think the best thing to do is to remove the debug buffer on marshalled output. It only makes sense when you are vieweing it, not on marshalled results.
