Add handling for script finalization environment variables

Description

With CommandBox 5.0 and image version 2.8+, the server is run from a generated bash script. In addition to the existing `IMAGE_TEST_IN_PROGRESS` variable, which bypasses the scripting and uses the `box` wrapper, implement a `FINALIZE_STARTUP` variable which will seed the startup script to an authoritative convention route. When this file is detected, all `run.sh` evaluation will be bypassed and the trusted script will be used for container start.
