Migrate tests to TestBox BDD tests.

Description

Please migrate all the tests in the cachetests folder, into the new tests folder using TestBox BDD.

All caches and data sources are now defined as part of the Application.cfc which makes the tests much easier to set up. In memory H2 database is used for query cache testing and you just need Couchbase runnning on localhost.

I have created the tests folder and added the automation as well. It just needs specs
