Allow cbCKfileBrowserDefaultEvent variable to be set in interceptor

Description

The `contentbox-admin.handlers.ckfilebrowser`
`preHandler` method sets the `prc` variable cbCKfileBrowserDefaultEvent in the preHandler method, without checking for a pre-existing value. In order to allow for alternate filebrowser default events, this value should be able to be overridden from within a `preProcess` interception.
