File Uploader - Select File Change text not obvious a button
Description
The `Select File` `change` confused my wife, and myself.
We would always click UPLOAD before actually selecting a file.
This might be because the other text doesn't look like a button. Is it only supposed to show `Select File` when nothing is selected, Should `Change` show when file is selected?
Doing some research, the bootstrap fileupload plugin isn't working right. Something must be conflicting.

Since you built this can you look at this. I dont know if its the build scripts, hiding assets or what. Its really awkward for users..
