Mega Menu - JSON / Struct Export to allow Theme more control of display

Description

Making a mega menu into a bootstrap menu requires a lot of work, adding the right classes to the right elements.

IF the megamenu could return a format the theme can handle looping over elements etc and displaying them how it wanted to.

Mega Menu already supports a Memento.

The Mega menu actually allows a Memento option, so this is not needed.
