Add image resizing/cropping to filebrowser

Description

A nice addition would be an image croppping/resizing in filebrowser, something like this: https://www.monkehworks.com/image-cropping-with-coldfusion-jquery/. With cfimage we have already available image manipulation like resizing, rotating that can be useful.

I have created a new repo on https://github.com/contentbox-modules/cbFilebrowser because the pull request is becoming too confuse. I think we should develop this module in his own repo and once we are satisfied with the result merge into contentbox repo. We can also give the opportunity to other user to test it out.

I added a series of comments onto the pull.

I think, its very close to be ready to deploy in 3.1.
There are a couple of issues to address first.

I think there are lots of great feature updates we should add to it, but maybe they can be added in 3.2.

Yes I can try to do my best.

would you like to take lead on this ticket?
Like said, it would be great if it was a sub-module of the filebrowser module.

Hmm, good question. It seems so useful I'm tempted to make it core, but it also seems interesting to allow people to add their own tools into the file browser as well. I just don't want to overbuild it. How much code are we looking at? If it's very simple (I read through the linked page quickly) maybe we can just add it in the core for now as part of the file browser module.
