Slug generate a loop of parent slug

Description

If I have a page A and page B, with B child of A, each time I save B the slug is changed adding A slug.

For example if A has slug pageA and B has slug pageB, on each save of B I got:

I am currently seeing this issue with v.3.0.0+00572. Every time I update the page, the slug changes.

Can you verify on the content store as well?
