Modal javascript error on permissions

Description

If I go to /cbadmin/permissions to edit permissions and I click on edit button, appear a modal with a form. If I click cancel button of modal and then hit the close icon on top right, the modal will be closed. If I repeat the same step again When modal close the overlay does not disappear and I get on the browser console the following error: Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'resetForm'

This is on chrome.

Thanks for the report. I believe this has already been resolved on the dev branch for https://ortussolutions.atlassian.net/browse/CONTENTBOX-448#icft=CONTENTBOX-448

However the error Uncaught TypeError: Object object Object has no method 'resetForm' is it thrown everytime I click on cancel button on modal window.
