ContentBox Express has 70 Megs worth of patches in the www\ROOT\WEB-INF\lib\railo-server\patches folder. Update the core Railo jars to the latest version and remove these patches. We recently did this to DevBox too.
As a general rule, I would recommend we only upgrade ContentBox express by updating the base jars and not with the patch method as it just bloats the install.
