Missing fieldset tag

Description

In modules\contentbox\modules\contentbox-admin\views\settings\sections\siteOptions.cfm

Between Build Number: 363, Built on September 15 2023 and Build Number: 424, Built on November 17 2023

On line 48 the fieldset tag was removed but not the corresponding closing fieldset on line 84
This may be a mistake as there was also a change on the following line.
The fieldset tags earlier in the code are not consistently indented, which may have caused confusion.

My PR to fix this - CONTENTBOX-1498 #resolve #593 Has failed the Format check but I’m not sure why.
