ColdBox modules directory renamed to modules_bak during upgrade to ContentBox 4.2

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Download updater.boxr and execute in CommandBox
2) Go to admin and run the database updater

Once that completes you will receive the error "The target 'CategoryService@cb' requested a missing dependency with a Name of 'htmlHelper' and DSL of 'HTMLHelper@coldbox'". This is due to the fact that in Update.cfc the modules directory gets renamed to modules_bak (line #174)
