According to https://ortussolutions.atlassian.net/browse/COMMANDBOX-694, Secure Profile should have been disabled for ACF 11 servers started with `server start cfengine=adobe@11`. But, when I started a new ACF 11 today, using CommandBox 4.3.0, Secure Profile was enabled and I had to log into the CF admin area to disable it.

@Brad Wood: Yes. I deployed an update to the 11 engine and bumped the version to 2.3.0

@Jon Clausen is this ticket resolved yet?

adobe - 1 version(s) *11.0.15+311399
This was my first install of ACF, so it should be the current version.

@Leon Miller-Out Can you confirm the updater version of CF11 you started? I assume the latest given the command in your description, which would be 15? Also, try removing your artifacts for Adobe to make sure the latest one is downloaded.

@Jon Clausen Can you look into this? As part of CommandBox-694 you said secure profile was disabled by default in CF11.
