Modify build to include sdk format of Unix binary

Modify build to include SDK format of Unix binary so SDK Man can include CommandBox. http://sdkman.io/

Feedback from SDK Man.

I just downloaded this universal zip, but noticed that it wasn't compliant with standard universal sdk packaging:

The zip file usually has a containing folder, something like commandbox-3.0.0. This then in turn has a folder structure for all the sdk artifacts. This should have at lease a bin folder, which contains the sdk executable binaries. In summary, I would expect to see the following:

/commandbox-3.0.0/bin/box
