Embedded server doesn't sent proper headers for SVGZ files

Description

Embedded server doesn't sent proper headers for SVGZ files.

Run war sends this header:

Content-Type:image/svg+xml

but not this one, which is required for gzipped content:

Content-Encoding:gzip

Note, SVG file work fine since they are not gzipped.
Solutions, Denny needs to add support for this into Runwar.
