Set default password Lucee CLI context

Description

There is no password set in the default Lucee CLI context which makes it impossible to write commands using features such as the cfadmin tag. Set the default password in the CLI context to "commandbox".

I'm pretty sure the issue here is when we tried to rename the CLI's server context from "lucee-server" to "cfml-server". Lucee still uses lucee-server (I think it's hard-coded) so we just end up with the server context config XML file going into a cfml-server folder that's never used.

If it's not working, we've got a path wrong somewhere, as the same technique is still, and has been, working for cfdistro. I'll put it on my list of things to test. If anybody else has a chance to verify before I get to it, just post the results here.

Any update on this? Do we know if this is still even an issue?

I thought I had this fixed, but it doesn't appear to work for some reason, so... yeah.
