Sometimes when starting second CLI instance, Felix dumps error messages in the console. Turn off Felxi’s logging by default.
UPDATE: This is being reverted since we have found the source of these errors in . You can still control the default Felix log level in Lucee inside the CLI by setting the Java system property felix.log.level (0 to turn off all logging)
