Remove mail-4.1.1.jar from runwar's lib dir

Description

I'm not sure why this jar is there, but I don't thin it's been in use for along time and it is causing errors in the newest versions of Lucee if you start a "default" server that copies all the jars from the CLI lib folder into the war.

Modify the runwar build so we no longer package that jar.
