Tie into FusionReactor to report transactions for tasks, commands, etc.

Description

Detect if the FR java agent has been added from the CLI and see if the FR API will let CommandBox report start/end data for commands or tasks. What would be sweet is if JDBC transactions were also tracked "inside" of these as well. For example, a Task Runner executed for 30 seconds and ran 15 DB queries and 5 sub transactions, which were these other commands, etc.
