Support for Lucee Server Admin "Develop Mode" setting (Performance/Cache)

Description

At the bottom of the Performance/Cache page is a setting for "Develop Mode".

I can't find that to be supported in cfconfig anywhere - or am I missing it somewhere? Checked against BaseConfig.cfc but couldn't see it.

It seems that setting is not doing at all what I expected it to do anyway, sighs :eyeroll:

I’ve never seen that setting before, but it looks like it was added 2 years ago.

I guess I’ve not scrolled down to the bottom of that page in a long time. Should be easy to add this. I assume Micha added it due to this ticket:

which is a shame since that’s not really what that ticket was asking for, but anywhoo….
