cbi18n has non helpful errormessages when resource path is wrong

Description

Error getting language (nl) bundle for resource (messages.Size). Exception Message Variable RBFILEPATH is undefined.

When filepath is incorrect this variable is missing. Not what we want to read, we need the NAME.
