Manage multiple BoxLang versions

Description

The VSCode extension should

  • detect when a new version of BoxLang is available

  • show a UI where versions of BoxLang are listed and can be downloaded/removed

  • allow you to pick you default version

The UI could be a webview that lists each version. The rows could have checkboxes for LSP version, Script version, and install/uninstall.
