Boxlang doesn't parse milliseconds in datetime string

Description

In ACF 2021 copes with this date time string:

Boxlang errors with: Can't cast [2020-09-09 00:00:00.0] to a DateTime.

Works on boxlang so assuming the 00.0 for milliseconds is failing in boxlang
