Exit REPL with quit or exit

Description

I don’t love this since it precludes outputting a variable of the same name, but I’ve had a few places like calling the BL REPL via CommandBox where Ctrl-C doesn’t seem to get propagated and I can’t get out of a REPL. Allow the user to type “quit” or “exit” and press enter to exit the REPL
