Member method cleanup

Description

Performed an audit of all member methods and cleaned up a bunch of little inconsistencies

  • prettifyJSON should be JSONPrettify to match the BIF (and our naming conventions)

  • toImmutable needs to use caster so it can work with types that need casting

  • Remove toStruct member method from QueryStringToStruct

  • Renamed translateKeys to keyTranslate on StructKeyTranslate BIF to match CF precedent

  • Added getnumericdate member method to TimeUnits BIF
