Add eager failure argument to runner so if set and a bundle fails no more bundles are tested after

Description

When running large specs in a CI environment, sometimes you would want the build to exit as soon as one test in the bundle fails, rather than proceed.

The use case for this would be when updating the build or during refactoring when a single variable can cause a number of specs to fail, yet Testbox keeps running the remaining bundle items, handling each duplicate error along the way.

Add an eager failure argument to the `testbox run` command and a query string variable which may be used to exit out the runner when the first spec in the bundle fails.
