Quick search shortcut will indefinitely grow the length of the search bar

Description

In the admin, hitting ctrl-shift-s repeatedly will cause the quick search bar to continue expanding indefinitely and it will never shrink back until you refresh the page. I'm guessing the onFocus is firing repeatedly and onBlur is never firing.

Only grow the bar once. Perhaps check to see if the search already has focus, and if so ignore the shortcut key.
