Introduce category count caching to speed up renderings

Category counts for the different types of content objects can be expensive and it almost never changes until a piece of content is either deleted or published.

Change this to a caching strategy so category counts can be cached and cleared upon specific events:

• Content object publishing

• Content object drafting

• Content object deleting
