Support for URL rewrites in Apache style, not named .htaccess

Description

According to https://commandbox.ortusbooks.com/embedded-server/configuring-your-server/url-rewrites it seems that Apache mod_rewrite-style rewrites are only supported in a .htaccess file.

I have a situation in which a codebase has a .htaccess file that's for some URL rewrite engine on IIS (Helicon) and other rewrite files names .htaccess.apache or .htaccess_osx etc for certain individual development setups.

In Apache that can be managed very nicely with the AccessFileName directive.

I'm wondering if there's any possibility to get the rewrite implementation in CommandBox to support something similar. Obviously an AccessFileName directive wouldn't make sense, but some option to pass in a filename and not enforce .htaccess only.

Not sure how much of this is CommandBox and how much of this is driven by Tuckey from upstream and couldn't be changed.
