Warnings on java 11 about illegal reflective access

Description

When starting CommandBox on java 11, the user sees these warnings in the console:

1 2 3 4 5 WARNING: An illegal reflective access operation has occurred WARNING: Illegal reflective access by org.apache.felix.framework.ext.ClassPathExtenderFactory$DefaultClassLoaderExtender (file:/Users/sean/.CommandBox/lib/lucee-5.2.9.31-packed.jar) to method java.net.URLClassLoader.addURL(java.net.URL) WARNING: Please consider reporting this to the maintainers of org.apache.felix.framework.ext.ClassPathExtenderFactory$DefaultClassLoaderExtender WARNING: Use --illegal-access=warn to enable warnings of further illegal reflective access operations WARNING: All illegal access operations will be denied in a future release

These are coming from Felix inside of Lucee and require JVM args to suppress that are not backwards compatible with Java 8. Apply a healthy dose of Kludge along with sun.misc.Unsafe to beat these warnings into the abyss.
