      Description

If you start two separate servers in separate folders called "foo", they will have different webroots, but will share the same name which causes problems later when you try to do this:

      start foo
      stop foo

Force the name to be unique so subsequent servers come up as "foo2", "foo3", etc.

Also, there is a bug where two servers will have the same name and same web root, but one of the web roots will have a trailing slash, while the other doesn't. I can't figure out how the ones without the trailing slash are getting created, but put in a stopgap to clean up those duplicates.
