Allow directory browsing for server command

Description

I just tested box server start, and I did it in a directory without an index.cfm file. I get:

Page /index.cfm /Users/ray/Desktop/trash/index.cfm not found

which is true of course, but if i don't have an index.cfm, it really should just do a directory list.

Reference
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/UNDERTOW-195
You can now enable directory listing by setting default servlet's init-param directory-listing to true.

Thanks for the feedback, Ray. Since "server start" is for development I can't imagine any reasons NOT to allow that. We're using Undertow as the servlet container so we'll see if we can get it working.

Maybe I'm odd, but I tend to build most of my POCs without using an index.cfm. Typically I'll have a test1.cfm, test2.cfm, etc. I like not having an index.cfm so I can quickly see my available things via /.
