Add environmental args in generated shell scripts as defaults

Description

Currently, when a shell script is generated with --dryRun, the environment is sourced in as the environment at the time of generation. If environment variables are changed or, in a containerized environment, are passed in, these environment values are overwritten by the generated install script.

Generate using the bash default syntax, instead:
