It's not possible to use the rest servlets defined in your web.xml

Description

Runwar has a setting to disable the web.xml's rest servlet, however it's pointless because there's no way to get runwar NOT to ignore. Even if you set servlet-rest-enable to true, the servlet-rest-mappings setting has a default value of /rest so it always gets picked up and overrides what's in the web.xml. I like and want to keep the default behavior of not loading the web.xml's rest mappings by default, and I like preferring the mappings provided in the server.json, but there should still be a way to tell runwar to use what's in the web.xml in case a user has a custom war and wants that.

We may be able to just remove the default servlet-rest-mappings.
