Right now relocate() and buildLink() require the fully-qualified event. i.e.
For code already in a module and/or already in a handler, it would be convenient to be able to have a "relative" event that didn't specify the module and/or the handler. In that case, Coldbox would default the module and handler to the current module and handler that the code is executing in.
If this setting is enabled, a user could "target" the base app (to "break out" of their current module) with a leading colon.
Suggested setting name:
Question, should this be something that can be enabled per-module? We have to consider 3rd party modules that need to e able to be dropped into any app and be able to expect/control the environment in which they’ll run.
