App templates has invisible white on white text

The home page of our app template has the following text:
You can click on the following event handlers to execute their default action index()
I never knew the word "index()" was a part of that sentence until last night though because it's white text on a white background. The white font comes from the "label" class. Tweak the CSS so all text is actually visible.

I prefer to track issues in JIRA in general, but I was wondering if we should have another project for it. I've also been wondering if there is some way we could share the base files across like templates so we don't have to update 15 repos all the time. had suggested the same thing when I was on site.
Not sure, since each app can potentially be different. So not sure.
